Base of the whole work is made of several hundred images. Typical social codes are in a way hacked, embedded and transformed like in our previous works. They are raising questions about programmed ideological matrixes in popular culture, highly responsible for the huge quantity of pathological syndromes and some of the thinking and behavioural patterns we have interiorised.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Tanja Vujinovic was born in 1973 in Yugoslavia. Since 1996, she has been presenting interventions, video installations and other works at various galleries, artist-run centres and public spaces in more than thirty individual and group exhibitions (Germany, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Scotland, France, Slovenia etc.). Tanja had completed her studies in Belgrade at the College of Industrial Design, at the Faculty of Fine Arts and had been a guest student in Jan Dibbets class at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, Germany.

Zvonka Simcic is a Slovenian based artist born in 1969.She graduated on the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 1994, and finished specialization at the same Academy in 1996. She exhibited photographs and paintings in Slovenian space and abroad since 1988, on individual and group exhibitions.
